Universality of the Theory
The electric charges hides set of secrets. One of them is an interaction of the electric charges. So, the deep mechanism of an appearance of an attraction of the opposite charges and pushing away of charges of one mark is unknown. How they are attracted? How are pushed away? Why it happens?
If to uncover these secrets then the major possibilities of the efficient control of an electric charge and everything, that to it is related, will open: by development of the electrical energy by the nonconventional expedients, by its accumulation, by transporting of energy and its application not only in the known, but also in the cardinally new spheres.
Why charges are pushed away and attracted. On the Unified Theory (What is the charge? see) the charge – the cross component of the gyration of a jet of ether in the microvortex. The identical cross gyration at two microvortexes causes the misfit of the direction of the fluxion of jets in the place of their contact at any possible contacts of the microvortexes, that provocates the pushing away of the microvortexes (fig. 22, a, δ).

The microvortexes of the different charges also at their mutual approach are pushed away, if them to pull together to the mutual contact a rib to a rib (that to create uneasy). It is caused by the contrast of the direction of the fluxion of jets (a head-on collision, fig. 22 b). But in the beginning of the rapprochement the each pair of these microvortexes are closed by the general flow of maternal ether (fig. 22 b), similarly to the magnets (Magnet, Gravitation and Inertia see), that draws them more close to each other (this attraction we note).
Hence, the statement that an electron and a positron attracts, is the inaccurately.
At the rapprochement of electrons (the microvortexes with the identical charge) there is a feature of their interaction also. In the beginning of the rapprochement of two electrons a rib to a rib (fig. 22), but with one of them upset on 1800 (it means, with the opposite spin "What is the charge?" see above) the electrons will be integrated in the tripped pair (as well as in the case figured on fig. 22 b). Exteriorly it will be perceived that the general spin of the such tripped pair will be equal to zero.
The indicated rapprochement of electrons most possibly at the body temperature fall. Then at the slow thermal rapprochement of the microvortexes (electrons) by a rib to a rib they have not time to recoil (as on fig. 22 a), and start to turn mutually to 1800 and form a closed magnetic flux (the ether flow) as in the case on fig. 22 b.
