In accordance with the data of modern science [18, p. 84] the globe aggregations of stars fluctuate concerning a galactic plane, but it is not known why.

Why globe aggregations fluctuate. On Unified Тheory  (Аggregations of stars see) the globe aggregations have begun their life in the macrosphere of the future galaxy till  the formation of the flat macrovortex – the galaxy. Therefore the globe aggregations placed in the sphere round the future flat galaxy, which ether (after the formation of the flat ethereous macrovortex) began to flow not central spherically in the field of the centre of the future galaxy, but to the macrovortex plane. Accordingly the closest to the galactic plane the globe aggregation of stars have begun the motions to the plane of the disk of the galaxy, and because of Inertia (The essence of Inertia, consequence 2 see) of the aggregation it intercrosses this plane and then is returned to the plane by the samecurrent of ether - by Gravity (Essence of Gravitation see) from the reverse side of this plane, but  slightly closer to the galaxy kern. As a result the globe aggregations of stars fluctuate concerning a galactic plane*.

The up-to-date science reports that the scattered aggregations of stars are gathered in the spiral galaxy plane, but the globe ones are allocated on all sphere of the galaxy. Explanations to it are not present.

On Unified Тheory the scattered sidereal aggregations are not gathered  in the plane of a galaxy, but are formed  here. From Unified Тheory the following streams. The spiral vortex of a galaxy starts to be formed (Formation of galaxies and stars see) after the spherically-concentric motion of ether in the zone with the lowered density of ether, i.e. the motion in the spherical field of the galaxy is the older, than the spiral motion.

Therefore when in the spherically symmetric fluxion of ether the macrovortex − the spiral galaxy has started to be shaped ("Formation of galaxies and stars" see above), then on all sphere of the galaxy the density of ether has started todecrease, but in the macrovortex plane to be increased ("Formation of galaxies and stars" see above). That has reduced the intensity of the formation the sidereal aggregations in the spherical field of the galaxy and has increased – in the galactic plane. As a result in the galactic plane the young aggregations of stars, that is the scattered (Аggregations of stars see) began to be formed, and in the spherical field that the was grew old – the aggregations of stars were transmuted in the globe, which then were set into the oscillative motion (Why globe aggregations fluctuate see) by the ether current to the galactic spiral.

Spiral galaxies have two sleeves more often. The explanation to this fact absent.

On  Unified Тheory of Nature  (Formation of galaxies and stars see) the jet flows are formed at a motion of ether from the different sides in the zone with the essentially lower density «ρ». The very uniform distribution of the density of ether is necessary round this macrozone for the formation of the great number of streams (the sleeves). That is very little probable on the such macrowide front round the forming galaxy. The largest probability, hence, at the minimum quantity of the converging streams, i.e. at two.

The galaxy in Hound Dogs. It is known that galaxy NGC 5194 has the hard-curled branches with the cross dark bands. Why the galaxy has such rare species? Convincing answers till now is not available.

From Unified Тheory ("Formation of galaxies and stars" see above) follows that at the uniform distribution of the density of ether «ρ» on the periphery of the future macrovortex (that happens not often, see above) the formation of the galaxy – of the  macrovortex (i.e. of the rotating macrozone of ether) advances of the formation of the mesovortexes-stars. Therefore the stars (on which we see the galaxy and its branches) are formed in the already  arisen – the invisible  twisted macrovortex of ether.

On the contrary, stars (mesovortexes) start to be organised earlier, than a macrovortex - a galaxy at a non-uniform  distribution of density  of ether on a periphery of the future macrovortex because of  the dissimilarties of ether ("Formation of galaxies and stars" see above).  Presence of mesovortexes - stars in this not had the time to be wrapped in an abrupt spiral ether macrovortex does not allow stars because of their Inertia (The essence of Inertia, consequence 2 see), to change close to the initial radial direction of travel in the galaxy central region. In such galaxies the visible branches will appear without hard curling. And as the dissimilarity - (1st fundamental property of World see) then such galaxies there will be overwhelming majority.

Besides the jets of ether, directing in the medial field of the spiral galaxy, should have under Unified Theory (Cross motion see) the rotary movement nearby the longitudinal axis also. 

This movement because of dissimilarity of density of ether ("Formation of galaxies and stars" see above) at the front of the ether macrojet (the galaxy sleeve) is divided into separate flows. These crossflows with stars at observation of such galaxy are perceived in the form of more light bands. Accordingly the fields between them have tone more dark.

It is considered that a neutron star the youngest. It is known that the neutron star possesses huge peripheral velocity (reaching sometimes the several tens of thousands of turns a second). The explanation to it absent. It is not known also – how  neutrons, protons and  electrons are formed.

From Unified Тheory of Nature the following streams. In process of ether accumulation (by winding of its stratums in a mesovortex) pressure grows (Summation of pressure of each stratum see) in the interior of a star (in the kern). It is collect the substance: gas, particles of dust, bodies from the environmental Space, i.e. is formed the shell of maternel ether (affluenting in the kern) and of the linkings of the microvortexes of ether (The atomic nucleus structure see) about the kern of ethereous mesovortex by Gravity (by filtration of the maternal ether, Essence of Gravitation see).

The exterior stratum of the kern is the stratum of the condensed ether (Ether density is increased in many times see) with the amplifying vibration, since the coming from outside microvortexes and their linkings (gas, dust, …) are unreeled in it and give waves (Spreading of  the microvortex see), which strengthen the vibration of ether. In the process of kern magnification in it not only pressure ("Summation of pressure of each stratum" see above) is increased, but also the entering of microvortexes is increased – the ether vibration is emplified, and shocks of the significant linkings of microvortexes – particles, bodies can lead to an explosion (The gear of occurrence of explosions  see) of the mesovortex (star).

The substance of a shell comes nearer  to a kern. It on the  trajectory  to a kern is torn to constituents, including on the microvortexes. The cause of disruptures is that the substance is braked by Inertia, but ether jets, on the contrary (Maternal ether does not possess Inertia see), are accelerated and condensed at ether motion to the kern that increases the gravitational pressure on substance *. 

At disruptures of linkings of the microparticles: dust, gas are being destroyed the connecting microvortexes, being rectified in the general fluxion of ether to the  mesovortex kern. Straightening of the microvortexes leads to development of  the pressure waves ("Spreading of  the microvortex" see above) – "electromagnetic waves" which are radiated from the exterior shell of a vortex core.

At the state achievement when the intrinsic pressure under the vibrating stratum will come nearer on value to the exterior contrapressure – the elasticity of orbits ("The gear of occurrence of explosions" see above) it is arise requirements for explosion.

The explosion of the star – the throw of high layers outside by the wave of the huge intrinsic pressure (Summation of pressure of each stratum see see above) leads to an stop of the rotating kern through the thrown off shell in the rotating exterior part of ethereous mesovortex. It is caused by that at the indicated last motion (throw) of a shell it tests the contrafiltration (gravitational) stop in the affluenting in kern ether (The return Gravity see).

As a result of the featured stop of a kern (tangential to the direction of its gyration) in the exterior zone of the rotating mesovortex it is transmitted the return, tangential to the gyration, pressure from this exterior zone of the vortex through the intermediary (the thrown off shell) to the kern. In case of small radius of the kern of the star so, of a small moment of Inertia, the kern under the influence of the indicated Gravity and the pressure wave (dumping a shell) comes to the supervelocity of gyration of the baring kern. At large radius of the  star this velocity will be more low.

At this stop it is started in the "furious" gyration not only the whole kern, but because of Inertia of the kern (The essence of Inertia, consequence 2 see) and of the reinforced vibration of the exterior stratum of the kern (see above) – in even larger degrees its exterior part. The «proskiding» stratum is formed in it.

In this dense stratum of ether are formed the rotating longitudinally-cross torus microvortexes. At the separation of the star shell these dense torus microvortexes (because of them all larger the release – the removal of the wave pressure), remain by the  rotating in one side. Let's call these microvortices protons.

Here, an answer has been found to a long-standing question facing physicists. Why are all protons identical? As can be seen from the above, this follows from the fact that they formed in the core of a star, where the ether density is practically equal. The dissimilarity (World is dissimilar see) – the cause of the ether flow into the star – has disappeared.

During the ejection, the following occurs in the layers of the surrounding ether. Immediately near the end of the rotating proton, the force of its viscosity causes an electron microvortex to form. This microvortex wraps the ether around itself and grows around the proton until the disparity disappears, that is, their charges equalize (Vortex Charge see). This is the root cause of the mystery: why the charge of an electron is equal to that of a proton.

As soon as the charges of the electron and proton are equalized, the proton's suction of ether, attracting the electron, disappears. It is obvious that the proton, as an etheric vortex, can only draw in the parent ether from one of its ends (Vortex Charge  see). Prior to this alignment, the influx of ether into both microvortices was predominantly toward the proton. Then, the young microvortex—the future electron—was attracted by the proton's gravity, but as soon as the influxes toward the proton and electron equalized, the electron was no longer surrounded by the ether that caused gravity (Essence of Gravity see). The proton's gravity disappeared—the reason for the electron's attraction to the proton disappeared. The electron became free of the proton.

After the indicated elastic interaction these microvortexes (the proton and the electron) scatter, having gained the identical ratatory speed (at the moment of their disconnection) but in the different sides, i.e. having gained the identical charges, but the different signs of the charge (Vortex Charge  see above).

The inflow rate (accumulation) of ether into the microvortexes  and subsequent ether fluxion – the longitudinal and the cross is maintained the practically constant. This is due to the constancy in the bafflers of "honeycombs" (The universe is closed not according to A. Einstein  see) of the intensity of flowing in the vortexes of the maternal ether (The ether reeling see ) and its discharges (Relict radiation – not relict, Consequence see). Therefore the charge of an electron and an proton remains practically constant.

Then the electron begins the motion revertively to the proton, since a proton – the massive microvortex to which flows of the environmental maternel ether are guided. The electron, moving in this vortex (spiral) flow, flies by about the proton on Inertia (The essence of Inertia see) and turns the trajectory revertively to the proton, forming the cirquit trajectory and – the atom of  hydrogen (Universe and substancesee  see).

Near the core there is a layer of rotating microvortices analogous to the protons. These microvortices were first pressed by a blast pressure wave to the dense core of the star. Then, because of the destruction of the outer layer of the star, they are pressed by the approaching zone of Gravity. Because of the greater proximity of these microvortices to the denser layers (Figure 5  see), they are somewhat more dense - a larger mass than the departed protons. These rotating micro-vortices begin because of their indicated adherence  to the core of the star and their Inertia to brake the rotating core of the mesovortex-star. This inevitably leads to the transfer of momentum from the core of the star into the microvortexes. A wave "whip" is transmitted into the microvortex on the elastic ether (The ether properties see) of the microvortex.

But since the interaction was (as well as in a thrown off shell of the star) the tangential and both the ether, and an ethereous microvortex are elastic ("The ether properties" see above), then the action on the microvortex was is tangential-oscillating – now in one direction, then in another. As a result the microvortex was parted on the stratums, rotating longitudinal, as before, in the same direction, but having according to the undular character action the opposite cross gyrations -the opposite charges  ("What is the charge" see above).

As ether possesses the property of the viscosity ("The ether properties" see above), then the stratums are minimum quantity – the two because of the minimality of the area of the friction, so of the minimalities of quantity the areas of a friction – one area (fig. 31).

The inside layer 2 (fig. 31) of the microvortex, pressed by Gravitation by the exterior surface to the next stratum of the microvortex, rolls on the interior surface of the outside one.  And the next outside layer of the microvortex rolls on the surface of the kern of the star (is rotated by the star). The neutron is formed, and the kern of the star with the stratum of the neutrons on its surface forms the neutron star **.

As the outside, driving for protons, the ether stratum by the explosion is rejected from the kern, then the double-layer microvortexes – the neutrons, which remained pressed by Gravitation to the star kern, have begun, except their own rotation by the kern surface, also the travel on the kern perimetre. From the theory of a gearing of two rotating bodies under the indicated plan follows, that at this neutron’s revolution round the star kern its own ratation speed is retarded. However, the more promptly the forced travel of these microvortexes on the kern perimetre, the more the head resistance is (because of the ether viscosity), which does not allow to the neutrons be revolved round the star  with the ratation speed of the star ***.

As a result, the microvortexes, which have remained about the surface of the star kern, participate in two motions: they compulsorily rotate by the peripherel surface of the kern and are compulsorily revolved round the kern.

At the stop of periphery of the star kern at the neutron the counteraction of the two stratums of the neutron can lead to the local slow proslipping of the exterior stratum of the neutron and the formation of the one more stratum on the neutron with its longitudinal travel in the same direction, as the two basic stratums, but with the cross direction of jets of ether ("What is the charge" see above), the return to the next basic stratum of the neutron.

The neutrons in the star unlike the free (Neutron life time see) exist a long time (are the stable) – the all life time of a neutron star since their interior structure and the indicated motions are caused by the motion – the gyration of a neutron star.

Thus, the birthplace of protons, electrons and neutrons is the neutron star. However the neutron star on its being is not neutron, and only has neutron shell.

Consequence. If the star, considered above, has a transverse rotation of the jets of ether, the opposite of the considered one (and it can have it, Stars and galaxies,  Definition of the direction of gyration of galaxies and stars see), then antiproton, positron, antineutron will appear in the star as a result of the described processes.

   * This gear of disruptures of bodies, particles essentially differs from E.Rosh’s tidal theory featured in [20, p.235].

   ** Before the formation of a neutron star there are the similar outthrows of a shell, but at the smaller pressures. It seems like Sun (Solar activity see) and a red giant (Red Giants throw off an envelope see).    

    *** At the teoretical absence of viscous resistance to a motion of neutrons round a kern the maximum velocity of the revolve about kern of the neutron becomes equal the velocity of travel of periphery of a kern – the neutron will stop on the kern surface, and the velocity of its own rotation becomes equal to zero – the neutron as the vortex will collapse. That is the featured gear of formation of a neutron confirms that ether possesses viscosity ("The ether properties" see above). 

Now the up-to-date science is inclined to consider that the cellular structure of Universe, discovered recently, can be explained only by "World Reason» creation. The base of a birth of the concept of World Reason is that this cellular structure is the impossible to explain by the known physical laws. Such state of a science states the powerlessness of a person before Nature. This powerlessness generates rather dangerous to mankind the universal pessimism, which is a radiant of ruthless wars.

The universe cellular structure. Unified Theory of Nature erects the absolutely other, wich follows from the fact of the cellular structure of Universe. The cellular structure, at first, indicates that the possessing variety of paradoxes "Big Bang" was not. Secondly,  Universe is not created by World Reason, but it existed always. It existed and exists how is erected in Unified Theory of Nature (Working out of the Unified Theory see). In this Theory it is revealed that the always existing, though not visible for us, maternal ether is the bottom of Universe with its galaxies and stars. The indicated ether has the variety of real physical properties. It is the continuous, it possesses the volumetric microvibration and the fluxion, it possesses the viscosity and the elasticity. It is surprising, that the real-life (unlike to World Reason, which is the virtual) Gravitation also is not by the base of formation of galaxies, stars, bodies (Essence of Gravitation  see). 

The real cause of formation of the  cellular structure of a disposition of galaxies in Universe is the following. Galaxies and stars are organised in the form of ether vortexes (Formation of galaxies and stars and Space vortex and kinds of galaxies see), which, being in an ether concentrating band, approach. The yielded process leads to formation of bands with more frequent disposition of galaxies. These bands are similar to the bafflers between the macrovolumes which are in other phase – the phase of the diffluence of ether. The meshes of "honeycombs", organised by these bafflers, unlike the bees, will be necessary unequal. It follows from that ether motion in the next fields of "honeycombs" according to the second fundamental property of  World ( see) will be not the identical*.

Apparently, the place does not remain to the virtual World Reason.

Defects of Common Theory of Relativity. In the Theory of Relativity A. Einstein draws an analogy of the physical Space with a circle and a sphere. However  a circle and a sphere are closed on itself owing to presence in these mathematical spaces of a singular point − the centre. Making the analogy indicated by A.Einstein, it is necessary to suppose the centre in physical Space of Universe. But such centre is impossible, since the medial density of allocation of galaxies in Universe is uniform. From this it follows that all Einstein warpage of physical Space with its closure misses. 

Besides, the curved space − a spherical surface has the parametre of its boundedness − restricted container for material points (bodies). From this it follows that our material Space bent by the mathematical device − Universe has the limited amount of space material bodies. But till now it is not revealed any indications of boundedness of Universe. 

The Space-Time geometry is varied by Gravity in A.Einstein's Common Theory of Relativity. Perversity of this concept is in application the unknown of essence of concepts "Gravitation"*, secondly, in use of mathematical concepts (geometrical concept of Space) for connection (understanding) of the physical: physical Space, physical Time.

Besides, the geometry on A.Einstein is gained not Euclidean, that does not allow to construct the structure of geometry of Space-Time about Earth so, does not allow to check up justice of the solutions of A.Einstein.

Under Unified Theory of Nature the Universe Space – the Euclidean, the tridimensional (Time and Time Machine see). The co-ordinate "Time" does not exist. Unified Theory is leaned  against two (!) fundamental standings only (Universality of  Unified Theory of  Nature see). There are no the virtual objects in it. She explains any (!) appearances and processes in Nature. It, unlike A.Ejnshtejna's Theory, yields set (!) of predictions, the part from which, is checked already up in the experiences (Predictions of the Theory and Unified Theory of Nature and its experimental corroborations  see).

Arthur Stanley Eddington

A.Eddington's experience. It is known A.Eddington's experience on detection of influence Gravity on the curvature of Space (fig. 32).

The experience has confirmed beam curvature. It is considered that this experience confirms A.Einstein's General Theory of Relativity [4, p. 84]. However the beam curvative is not the unequivocal consequence of the curvature of Space. For example, the mirror also bends a beam, but we do not say that Space is the curve.

A.Eddington's experiment confirms also the tridimentionality of World Space (Guess of Paul Davis). On Unified Тheory of Nature the beam curvature also should be, but the cause of it is not Gravitation. According to the Unified Тheory the ether motion to Sun across the motion of a light wave from a star bias the wave to Sun. The similar example is the motion of a superficial wave across a river flow. The wave, created at one coast, is deviated by the fluxion at the motion of the wave to the opposite coast (fig. 33).

Ignorance of essence of Gravitation involves the subsequent fallacies which threaten to become further fatal. Especially it is essential to protection against space "visitors".

Gravitation. The up-to-date science considers Gravitation as a universal appearance of interaction of bodies, considers that Gravity has no affinity with other physical strengths. Gravitation is considered as action on bodies of gravitons - quanta of a gravitational wave. It is considered that gravitation waves - imperceptible perturbations of  Space - its "ripple". It is considered also that gravitation waves are generated by intensively moving bodies or by energy and that it - «oscillations of hollow». By that  gravitation waves possess the greater penetrating power, than a neutrino and to discover them it is impossible. How many tangle and superstitious timid respect of Gravitation!

                                                                                                                     
  The jmaginary "gravitation waves" 

The given explanation of Gravitation is unsatisfactory. Here in science about the real Nature it is intolerable the virtual concepts are used: gravitons, gravitation waves. As the cause of existence of gravitation waves term the already existing bodies, which should be organised by Gravitaton, and Gravitation – by bodies! The standing - « oscillations of hollow» is inconsistent also.

Under Unified Theory of Nature Gravitation – not the interaction of bodies and not action of one body on another. Gravitation inherently - much more simple appearance, than is considered. It is action on bodies the moving through them of the maternal ether, possessing viscosity (Ether properties see) and - any stretches! By that the discovered essence of Gravitation has allowed to erect its unity with other forces of Nature (Unification of fundamental forces see).

Gravitation is not ubiquitous. The up-to-date science states that Gravitation is ubiquitous.  Berkeley [19, pages 219, 220] considered that it is incorrect (Thanks, J. Berkeley!).

According to  Unified Theory of Nature ("Gravitation" see above, The cause of formation of a galaxy and a star is not Gravitation see) Gravitation is displayed only there where the filtrating ether moves through bodies to the universe places where its density is less. At vanishing of this motion Gravitation also disappears.

The velocity of propagation of Gravitation. On I.Newton the gravitational effect is spread instantaneously, on P.Laplas - with the velocity V = 15∙10¹² km/s, on A.Einstein "V" does not exceed of light speed ("gravitational waves").

Under Unified Theory the gravitational effect is not spread (not instantaneously, not with light speed) – it exists, and arises together with the origin of microvortexes of ether – substance ("Gravitation" see above, What is the gravitational mass see). It is possible to agree that the instant distribution in Space on I.Newton is the mathematically identical to the existence in Space under Unified Theory. Newton has appeared more perspicacious those who considered its mechanics incomplete!!!

R.Mossbauer's experience – Gravity acts on light. R.Mossbauer's experience (Fig. 34) on detection of activity of Gravity on a light beam has erected,  that  the light wave length varied at a modification of a standing of the high-precision frequency crystalline receiver. It is considered that Gravity of Earth acts on light. It is drawn the conclusion that this experience confirms of Common Theory of Relativity.  It is considered also, Red shift in a spectrum of far stars confirms Gravity activity on light.

Under Unified Theory of Nature these experimental effects confirm other – the motion (fluxion) of ether to Earth, i.e. C.Doppler's effect (Red shift see also).

It seems obvious the elementary particle is not a divisible particle without interior structure. In modern science privately it is meant that the elementary material particle is identical to the mathematical point. It breaks the search of essence of the material particles. Till now it is not erected what is the true elementary particles. For this reason the discovered elementary particles any more do not answer to a simplicity indication. For this reason the elementary particles are more and more! Already it is revealed more than 350 views of the "elementary" particles and their number prolongs to grow. 

                              These children's drawings are a shame for physics!

The careful study of the yielded  problem has shown that the existing unsatisfactory situation with the elementary particles is caused by the cause,  which is in the beginning of nuclear physics. It is caused by the hidden inexactness in the definition of concept of the  simplicity of a particle. Yes, obviously that the elementary particle should be not the  divisible really, that it should consist of one particle. However in the concept of structure it is enter not only the composing object devices, but also their shape. It means that the elementary particle has  the structure and should be not only one, but the shape of this one particle should  be stable. 

It is emerged the glaring paradoxes - elementary particles should be very small quantity , but there are a lot of them; they should be simple, but they are complicated !!!

An elementary particle — the microvortex. Under Unified Theory of Nature the true elementary particle is stable structure — the microvortex of  ether (Essence of elementary particles see). Therefore the all other, so-called, "elementary" particles (Colliding of streams of ether and "Elementary" corpuscles see) at their formation will inevitably receive a rotation from the vortex, and the same, as е and р (Neutron star see), i.e. with the charge equal q_e. Not the true "еlementary" particles, i.e. not microvortexes, but their linkings, will exist a little ("Elementary" corpuscles see above) since the gyration, gained from a microvortex, breaks off them. 

It is confirmed convincingly also by the experiences on receipt of the elementary particles. So on the photo [3] it is visible, that the trajectories of particles look like an abrupt spiral, that speaks about gyration of the gained elementary material object.

If these particles, had no gyration, then in experiences there would be the direct trajectories of particles, but they are not present. True elementary particles е, р not«possess by gyration», but  the particle without gyration does notexist, since its existence is caused by gyration. It is proper only one (Formation of vortexes, Consequence 1 see) stable physical object - to a vortex. Including - to a vortex in a river, to a vortex over a field, to a tornado.

Here it is visible that one of basic substances of the true fundamental particle is ether. Its existence is justified by author of  the Unified Theory, however there are the recognised by scientific world experiments, proving that an ether is not present. These are the experiences of A.Makelson. In the following article we will view this experience. By that we will try to explain its effects from positions of Unified Theory of Nature. If the Unified Theory stumbles about this experience, then this experience will refute not only an ether, but also the Unified Theory.

What proves experiment of A.Michelson? The experiment has led a science to a deduction about lack of an ethereous wind, created by bogies and, accordingly, to lack of the ether. This experiment plunged in confusion the most greatest minds.

Further A.Einstein has advanced the representation that light moves in the hollow, i.e. without an ether. It has led A.Einstein to the concept about a constancy of light speed and to the complicated enough representation about the essence of Universe (to Relative Space, to Relative Time).

 However in 2000 in Princeton laboratory the gained light speed has essentially exceeded the indicated by A.Einstein. It has supplied  A.Ejnshtejn's postulate on a light speed constancy under serious doubt.

R.Descartes, H.Gjujgens, L.Euler, O.Frenel, H.Lorents, J.Stokes, G.Gerts, M.Faradej, J. Maxwell adhered to the ethereous concept.

At this O.Frenel, H.Lorents and others considered that the ether rest concerning fixed stars, and bodies are moved free  through this ether, without carrying away it behind itself, i.e. that the ether without a friction flows round bodies.

Other supporters of ether: J. Stokes, G.Gerts considered that the motionless ether is carried along by bodies, i.e.  there is an ethereous wind.

Under Unified Theory of Nature the Space is filled by ether (The space vacuum - how it to solve? see). Proceeding from Unified Theory, the ether is the mobile and is inside and outside of a body. Light - the special undular motion, transmitted on ether, filling and pierce through Space (Electromagnetic waves see). Under Unified Theory (Secrets of the light speed see) light speed may be the nonconstant.

Thus, ether exists and it possesses the series of the real undescribed before properties. These properties are not inconsistent, but harmonic coexist. The essence of ether, erected in the Unified Theory, has allowed to uncover the variety of secrets of Nature, including, to discover the essence of Gravity and to discover the true fundamental particles. Experiment of A.Michelson in addition confirms the Unified Theory, since  the ether, featured by the Unified Theory, moves together with Earth (A planet - the clot of a shell of the star see).
